companies offer a Software as a Service model, for which they provide web-based access to their email campaign management software.
Currently Using: e-Dialog
In my current role, I'm responsible for the development and deployment of complex HTML email campaigns which integrate dynamic data to produce highly relevant and targeted content, with monthly message counts numbering several million.
Previous Experience: Responsys
Responsible for development/deployment of HTML/Text/AOL email campaigns for marketing initiatives supporting the Lincoln Mercury automotive brands.

Website and CMS Systems Design and Development
Here's a list of some website and content management projects I've worked on, and my role for each.
Working with Perficient on the Brocade.com website redesign and CMS implementation, I served as the Lead Interwoven Technical Consultant. To kick off the project, I was involved in requirements gathering and content planning meetings on-site at the hardware manufacturer's headquarters in San Jose, CA. Our solution incorporated many advanced features of the Interwoven suite of products, including meta tagging and custom LiveSite component development. I was the primary consultant responsible for the development of Data Capture Templates and Presentation Templates, and a large number of custom LiveSite components. This included components designed to automatically read and iterate through the LiveSite Sitemap for various navigation display methods. I also assisted with end-user software training related to migration efforts and component implementation.

As the lead developer for the bi-lingual SeatCheck.org website, working for Compuware on-site at Chrysler headquarters, I was responsible for the HTML/CSS/Javascript
development using a creative design provided as a layered Photoshop file by a third party agency. One of the primary objectives of this website redesign was to bring
the website to an internal hosting solution using an Interwoven TeamSite content management system, which allows
content updates by the client, reducing post-launch development costs. For all TeamSite projects, I also used Microsoft HTML Help Workshop
to create compiled help modules (which were supplied to the end-users) covering the basic TeamSite procedures needed to maintain the new web presence.

As the lead developer for Lincoln while at Young & Rubicam - Wunderman Digital, I was responsible for the HTML/ASP/XML/CSS/Javascript
for www.lincoln.com. Throughout the development life-cycle, I interfaced with account representatives, project management, creative and
application developers as needed to implement these solutions within an Interwoven TeamSite environment, using FogBugz as our QA department's primary bug tracking tool.
I also created and launched several email marketing campaigns using Responsys, with participant response tracking and A/B analysis metrics.

As the lead developer for the Road Ready Teens bi-lingual website, working for Compuware on-site at Chrysler headquarters, I was responsible for the HTML/CSS/Javascript
development using a creative design provided as a layered Photoshop file by a third party agency. Additionally, I was responsible for upgrading the legacy PHP code for the
teen quiz and parent-teen contract applications, converting them to javascript applications which make use of client-side cookies for managing session activity. One of the primary objectives of this
redesign was to migrate the website to an internal hosting solution using an Interwoven TeamSite content management system, which allows
content updates by the client, reducing post-launch development costs. Image-based navigation was replaced with DHTML navigation by implementing
a CSS/Javascript solution to draw the navigation based on client-input, maintainable text entries within TeamSite.

In order to comply with Nissan-mandated global style compliance guidelines, Tweddle Litho Company was tasked with redesigning their Nissan and Infiniti publications
e-commerce websites. I served as the lead developer on the project, in which I was responsible for all HTML, ASP, Javascript, and CSS coding, with
input on several Commerce Server pipeline transactions. The Nissan Publications (http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/) and
Infiniti Publications (http://www.infiniti-techinfo.com/) websites provide
free and subscription-based services for the downloading, online viewing, and purchase of myriad technical data for Nissan and Infiniti vehicles including
Owner Manuals, Technical Service Bulletins, ECM modules, and more. To facilitate analytics, I created a secure online page for the graphical (or text-only) representation
of relevant data including Registered User Downloads and Downloads by Publication. For these two projects I was solely responsible for all new creative, ranging from
copywriting for F.A.Q. and System Requirements to graphics and multi-state icon production.

CD/DVD and Help Authoring
Compiled Help
For many of the projects I've worked on, I've created custom compiled help modules using Microsoft's HTML Help Workshop. I designed these help modules to assist business users with administration of their websites, by providing answers to frequently asked questions and additional website configuration and maintenance information.
CD/DVD Authoring
As an accessory for new vehicle owner manuals, I have created several Companion CD's using Macromedia Director, complete with custom animations, rich media, and step-by-step how-to instructions for new vehicle owners. In addition, I've used software such as Pinnacle Studio and Ulead VideoStudio to create cutting-edge DVD presentations using 8mm and digital video, still photos, and custom audio.
